Alicia Rose Wallace, MPH is Principal at Theory Consulting Group, LLC, a boutique management consulting and digital marketing services firm. At Theory, she works with startups, legacy brands, and government agencies that are looking for new and creative ways to solve their business challenges.

 

Spending several years as a management consultant at top firms across the country, Alicia has proven her ability to bring clarity to her clients’ complex business needs. Clients find value in her refreshing approach toward problem solving and ability lead cross-functional teams toward a common goal.

 

Alicia is also Director of Enterprise Initiatives at AARP where she combines her background in marketing and public health to lead a cross-functional team of content curators, policy advocates, and communications strategists in an effort to shift the way the nation views aging- #Disrupt Aging.

 

Alicia has appeared in national media outlets including Girlboss, The New York Times, Create and Cultivate, Essence.com, and GirlTalk HQ and General Assembly, in addition to speaking nationally for Blavity: Summit21, Refinery29, Howard University, and for the United Negro College Fund. Her work in supporting historically black colleges and universities has earned her a proclamation by the State of Maryland, and she was named a Jackie Robinson Foundation “42 Under 40” Distinguished Alumni. She earned a BBA in Marketing from the Howard University School of Business, and a Master’s in Public Health from University of Maryland School of Public Health. She is particularly passionate about Black women using their voice and power to change the world as evidenced by her community service and charity work in the Washington, DC metro area.
